1. Who we are

VoiceClone Pro AI is operated by Muhammad Hassan Akram, an individual sole proprietor (the "data controller"). This notice explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, login credentials.
  • Voice samples: audio you record and upload for the purpose of creating your AI voice clone.
  • Generated content: the audio messages we produce on your behalf and the language/script choices you make.
  • Support communications: messages you send to us.
  • Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser/device identifiers, pages viewed, feature usage.
  • Billing data: handled by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). We receive limited transaction metadata; full card details are never sent to us.

3. How we use it

  • To create your account and provide the service (contract performance).
  • To train your private AI voice clone and generate the messages you request (contract performance).
  • To prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents (legitimate interests).
  • To respond to support requests and communicate service notices (contract performance / legitimate interests).
  • To improve the product and our message library (legitimate interests).
  • To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
  • To send marketing communications, where permitted, with the option to opt out (consent or legitimate interests).

4. Who we share it with

  • Service providers / subprocessors we rely on to run the platform — hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, AI/voice processing, and support tooling.
  • Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record, for sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and refund handling.
  • Professional advisers such as legal and accounting professionals where reasonably required.
  • Authorities where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of users.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some recipients listed above are located outside of your country of residence, including in Canada, the United States, and the EU/UK. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. Voice samples and generated audio are kept while your subscription is active and for a limited window after cancellation to allow recovery; after that they are deleted or anonymised. Account and billing records may be kept longer to satisfy legal and tax obligations.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, email hakram952009@gmail.com. We aim to respond within one month.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, encrypted storage, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and to make the site work. We may also use limited analytics cookies to understand usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies will break parts of the site.
