Acceptable Use & AI Ethics

VoiceClone Pro AI ("the Service") creates AI voice clones for real estate professionals to send multilingual voicemails to their own clients. Voice cloning is powerful, and we take its responsible use seriously. By using the Service you agree to the rules below. Violations will result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to law enforcement.

1. You may only clone your own voice

The voice sample you upload must be your own voice, recorded by you, with your knowledge and consent. You may not upload, record, or otherwise submit the voice of any other person — including public figures, celebrities, colleagues, family members, or anyone else — under any circumstances.

2. No impersonation or deepfakes

You may not use the Service to impersonate any person or entity, to create content that misrepresents who is speaking, or to produce so-called "deepfake" audio. Generated voicemails must clearly originate from you in your real professional capacity.

3. Prohibited content and uses

You may not use the Service to create or distribute audio that:

• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or part of a scam (including phishing, "vishing", romance scams, or fake authority calls)
• Promotes hate, harassment, threats, or violence against any person or group
• Is sexual, pornographic, or sexually suggestive
• Involves minors in any harmful, sexualized, or exploitative context
• Spreads political disinformation, election interference, or impersonates public officials
• Violates applicable laws, including telemarketing, robocall, CASL, TCPA, or do-not-call regulations
• Infringes intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights of any third party

4. Consent of recipients

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to contact each recipient of a generated voicemail and that your outreach complies with all applicable anti-spam, telemarketing, and privacy laws in your jurisdiction and theirs.

5. Our safeguards

• Every account requires a recorded voice sample tied to that account; we do not accept third-party uploads.
• Each user must confirm an on-screen consent acknowledgement before their voice clone is created.
• Voice samples and generated files are stored privately and are not used to train shared models.
• We review reports of abuse and may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

6. Reporting abuse

If you believe the Service has been used to impersonate you, or that someone is using it in violation of these rules, please contact us immediately at hakram952009@gmail.com with the subject line "Abuse report". Include any evidence you have (recordings, phone numbers, dates). We aim to acknowledge abuse reports within 2 business days and will take down clones or suspend accounts where warranted.

7. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts, delete voice clones, withhold or refund payments, and cooperate with law enforcement where we believe in good faith that these rules have been violated. These rules are part of, and incorporated into, our Terms & Conditions.
